Course Description
The purpose of our quality costs training course is to provide the trainee with an appreciation as to the hidden and obvious costs
of quality as attributable to all cost centres, i.e. customer related quality costs, supplier related quality costs, handling and storage
related quality costs and production related quality costs. This training will ensure all trainees have the skills and knowledge
necessary to enable accurate quality costs accounting and provide the basis for performance measurement and continuous
improvement
Who should attend:
This training is suitable for those persons responsible for managing production costs and accounting practices such as
accountants, quality management personnel or production managers etc.
Aim:
The aim of this training is to enable the costs involved in the creation and maintenance of a specified quality level in a manufacturing or service industry be evaluated.
